Job Description:

A female candidate is required for the position of Accounts and Admin Assistant. The candidate shall be primarily responsible to ensure timely collection of receivables as per the collection policy, cash handling, accounting operations, and financial reporting, must also have excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office for day-to-day tasks, reporting and analysis.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

Accounts Receivable & Reconciliations

  • Contact candidates via phone, email, or other communication methods to remind them of outstanding payments.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection efforts, and outstanding balances.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to management regarding collection performance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth collection processes.
  • Negotiate and establish payment arrangements with candidates facing financial difficulties, adhering to company policies.

Accounts & Finance

  • Handle day-to-day petty-cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Visas related payments & maintaining its invoices record & filing
  • Ensure timely data entry and reporting for the management review.
  • Visas Processing & its proper record & reporting documentations of the Candidates.
  • Dealing with the different government departments for Visas processing & payments.
  • Maintain organized documentation and reports for all financial transactions

General

  • Undertake any other accounts and administrative tasks as required to support the department's objectives.

Job Specifications

Knowledge / Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with demonstrated abilities in Excel.
  • Having an analytical mind and a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
  • The ability to develop strong working relationships and maintaining the work ethics.
  • Expert level experience in multitasking with ability to set priorities as per given situation.
  • Ability to stick to time constraints, attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.
  • Must be Resident near the Decision-HR office location

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance (Master’s degree preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling cash, accounts & finance.
