We are looking for Imports and Exports executives for positions based in our Karachi office on I I Chundrigar Road. Please only apply if you strictly meet the following criteria.

1. Two years experience in Import and exports from a Freight Forwarder and customs broker environment. 
2. Able to travel to the Karachi office on I I Chundrigar road. (Working hours are 1200 noon to 2200 hrs)

Additional training will be provided to the successful candidates. Male / Females both can apply. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end import/export shipments

• Book and manage transport for inbound and outbound shipments

• Liaise with carriers, Transport companies and freight partners to ensure timely deliveries

• Organise transportation for air, sea, and road freight

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time arrival

• Manage logistics documentation, including bills of lading and invoices

• Work with suppliers to optimise delivery schedules

• Negotiate rates and transport costs with service providers

• Resolve any transport delays or disruptions promptly

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and freight bookings

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in freight forwarding / shipping / transport booking

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Knowledge of transportation modes (road, sea, air)

• Problem-solving and customer service-focused mindset
