Job Description: |
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in driving the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring that our recruitment strategies align with the company’s goals. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to fulfill recruitment requirements and help shape the future workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and assist in workforce planning.
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Coordinate with department heads for interviews, provide guidance on interview techniques, and assist in decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment progress, ensuring targets are met.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as the point of contact for candidates, answering questions and providing timely feedback.
Employer Branding:
- Assist in employer branding activities to attract talent, including campus recruitment, job fairs, and social media campaigns.
- Help develop and maintain a strong, attractive employer brand.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing insights to improve the recruitment process.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist in the preparation of onboarding documents and coordination with the HR team to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
Team Collaboration:
- Work with HR colleagues to continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure alignment with overall HR goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles, with a strong preference for experience in the BPO industry.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Additional Requirements:
- · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- · Understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- · Familiarity with HR technologies and platforms.
- Employment Type: Full-time - Permanent
- Working Hours: 3 PM – 12 AM (On-Site), 5 days a week
- Salary: 150K-200K PKR
