- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails, telephone calls, and other modes of communication.
- Prepares and submits quotations with technical information, presentation, and comparative statements.
- Increase sales conversion by follow-ups and gaining customers’ satisfaction & acceptance.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing each deal, which may be useful for future sales.
