| Job Description: |
- Program / plan, direct / organize, rectify and successfully implement all activities in relation to operations in a Pharmacy.
- Supervision of pharmacy reports & liaison with Head office
- Maintenance of legal procedure & narcotic registers
- Maintain a disciplined environment in the Pharmacy
- Provide staff training & new products knowledge to Pharmacy team
- Prepare periodic performance evaluation on all employees
- Institute & implement enhancement of quality
- Assist selection of staff, as well as dismissal when necessary
- Provide guidance on medications & prescription & over the counter drugs
- Keep up to date with current pharmacy practice new drugs & their uses
- Provide patient counselling if required
- Any other assignment from SM/ Manager Pharm Ops
