| Job Description: |
He will be working in the Blending & Grease Plant and will be Responsible for the following activities:
Mechanical Troubleshooting, Repair, and Maintenance of Plant machinery, including but not limited to the following:
- Filling and Packing Machines, Conveyors, belts, gears, bearings, Rotary equipment like Pumps, Air Compressors, Agitators, All pumps of Blending & Grease Plants, All Compressors, Dryers and Air Network, Thermic Fluid Heater and Hot Oil Network, Maintenance of Filling, Capping and Packing machines, Automatic Drum Decanting Systems, Automatic Filling Manifold (13 inlet x 10 outlet), Storage Tanks, Vessels, Autoclaves, Mixers, Pigged equipment and lines, Pipelines and components like valves, strainers, PSVs, PCVs, air separators.
- Preventive Maintenance as per ISO 9001, check spares/ Inventory stock in advance for future preventive maintenance. Ensure quality and safety during work. Inform the supervisor of the ordered materials & spare parts discovered during work and inspection of machines. Inspection of incoming materials in the Store as per the applicable standard/code. Modification and improvements to job planning & execution. Log, Permits, L.O.T.O, Procedures updates, checklists & forms, and history cards update.
- Execute all other plant-related tasks assigned by the Maintenance Engineer/ Manager.
