| Job Description: |
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Technologist (EMT) to join our emergency care team. This role involves delivering high-quality emergency services both within the hospital and in the field, including managing patients during ambulance transport.
- Provide first-line emergency care to patients at the scene and during ambulance transport
- Operate emergency equipment such as defibrillators, oxygen therapy units, and patient monitors
- Stabilize and safely transport patients to the hospital while maintaining continuous monitoring
- Communicate patient status and critical information to ER staff upon arrival
- Perform basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) when required
- Ensure ambulance readiness with fully stocked medical supplies and functioning equipment
- Maintain accurate patient care records and incident reports
- Follow infection control protocols and patient handling guidelines at all times
- Work closely with dispatchers and emergency response teams to ensure rapid response
- Participate in emergency drills, training, and continuing education
