| Job Description: |
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the calls flow
- Design and implement a strategic process of inquiries/ leads that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence between competitors.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new co-working spaces and competition status.
- Responsible for coordinating all members’ sign-up tasks.
- Responsible for generating new leads and increasing occupancy of the office space
- Developing sales strategy and populating the leads list.
- Executing the leads list and setting up first meeting with potential clients.
- Generating, populating and contacting potential clients on the leads list.
- Client meetings at Colabs office along with follow-up emails and sending the digital copy of the brochure.
- Responsible for ensuring that marketing collateral (Sales Pack) is up to date and has been forwarded to clients.
- Coordinating and liaison between Technical department and client.
- Coordination with Accounts & Finance department for tenant’s payment matters.
- Other Tasks assigned by management.
