Responsibilities:

• Replying to the customers queries at their optimal satisfaction

• Applying all the skills with professional attitude towards problem solving for the customers

• Handling the day to day cases opened on ecommerce portals and business website

• Keep in close coordination with sales team, UK Office and accounts team

• Preparation of standard reports and submission to the line manager.

• Reviewing the shop health on daily basis and handling the factors effecting the shop health negatively.

• Maintaining every shop health at optimum level in all situations by using all the approved means in addition to customers satisfaction about their queries and handling of the cases of all types.

• Working on removal of all the negative feedback using all the resources after due approval of the line manager.

• Recording of return labels, refunds and replacement and preparation of periodic reports 

• Lodging the claims with the insurance companies for all the partial or fully lost items and keeping follow ups

Requirement:

• Capability of understanding the language of multi-ethnic customers 

• Excellent Communications skills

• Passionate and patience with to do attitude

• Experience in Customer Services is a big plus

• Written and verbal communication skills.

• Technical knowledge for ecommerce environment.
