Job Description:

AQF Enterprise is a fast-growing company supplying Fitness, Martial Arts and Health Food products online and operating from its head office in Sialkot with a supply warehouse in Luton, United Kingdom. We are looking for a suitable candidate to raise Brand awareness & engagement between our audience and brand via major social media platforms. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including content creation & planning strategy, community management, campaign activation's, and ‘paid for’ ad strategy implementation. The role will suit a person who already has 3-5 years proven experience within a handson social media & marketing communication role, preferably with a lifestyle brand and who has vision and is self-motivated, energetic person who can lead, create and implement. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Creative on written and digital content production. • Create & produce a solid content plan weekly & monthly informed by results, new ideas and insight.

• Social Media marketing and management (All major platforms)

• Create social media marketing strategies, including content ideas relevant to end consumers.

• Create and manage Facebook, Instagram (other major platforms) marketing campaigns.

• Encourage customers to leave Reviews / Testimonials (Written, Images, Videos)

• Work with brand Ambassadors & social media influencers • Build followers and Engagements on brand official social media pages • Recruit and work with marketing affiliates.

• Provide a monthly report to track progress and KPIs offering up suggestions for improvements and further investment / focus. Essential Skills:

• Proven success in delivering effective & engaging marketing communications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

• 3+ years’ experience in social media management.

• Solid understanding of all paid-for social media marketing channels; Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform is required.

• Experience with Illustrator / Photoshop & Video production preferable.

• Candidate with excellent English reading and writing skills will be preferred.

• Ability to take the pressure and meet performance targets.

• Should have very good formal communication skills.

• Should be self-motivated and result oriented.
