ITServ Group is looking for qualified, aggressive and passionate fresh/experienced “Remote Sales Executives” to join our fast growing team.  Male/Female both are qualified for this position and can contribute in generating sales inquiries for our IT Products and services in Oversees Market.

Candidate will be responsible for finding potential leads via cold calling and arrange an appointment with our Sales Staff in foreign Office. Candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Moreover, candidate must be comfortable presenting IT products or services over the phone.

The prime goal for increasing the sell-in percentages of all CORE services. A self-motivated and focused candidate will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers and describe our IT services, products as well as set appointments/meetings with our Sales team in Abroad/Foreign Office. 
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Understanding the customer's full requirements.
  • Help customers to answer their question related to our products. 
  • Co-ordinate with Sales Staff to make sure that the business meeting has been conducted successfully.
  • Contact existing customers to inform them about our new products
  • Manage enormous outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.
  • Obtain customer information by making telephone calls, questioning clients and verifying information.
  • Determine eligibility by comparing customer information to requirements.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Keep the record of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Disciplining & motivating employees
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Bid on Web Design, Graphic Design, Mobile app design and PHP Development related projects such as Up Work and Direct marketing
  • Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  • Understand prospects work problems; propose technical solutions to those problems by coordinating with technical team and submitting relevant service proposals.
  • Follow-up with prospects by phone, email, and instant messengers to answer any additional questions and eventually convert them into customers.
  • Maintain close contact with all assigned customers; ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively follow company's defined processes for sales, service delivery, and payments.
  • Coordinate with various team members and departments to ensure effective delivery of company services.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

Management and Research

  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance and the team, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
  • Be focused on Quote Creation/ Business Development/ Client Relationship management.
  • Building strong relationships with appropriate potential and existing customers.
  • You would also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.

Important:

  • Should have strong oral & written communication skills to draft proposals/quotations.
  • Should have experience in online bidding and selling services.
  • Should have a positive attitude and goal oriented direction. 
  • Should be able to work under targets
