Position Purpose:Responsible for providing support to Director REDC and managing the REDC’s office management related activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide complete administrative assistance to Director REDC
• Maintain reports for tracking faculty loading and scheduling at REDC.
• Maintain all records of evaluation data for REDC programs
• Maintain all records of attendance of REDC staff members.
• Maintain all records (HR) of REDC staff and provide support in implementing training plan for REDC staff.
• Develop REDC newsletter
• Handle all aspects of Non-LUMS faculty teaching in REDC programmes
• Maintain and update database of important contacts, greeting cards/related etc.
• Develop and maintain office procedure manual and act as REDC’s coordinator with HR.
• Manage and process all travel and transportation requirement of REDC unrelated to programmes.
• Provide day-to-day office coordination amongst the various REDC staff members.
• Schedule and coordinate internal REDC events and meetings.
