| Job Description: |
- Responsible to manage overall workshop matters and to analyse current procedures, activities to identify the opportunities for improvement of the workshop
- Responsible to manage an experienced workshop team, allocation of work job & dispatching of any assigned duty by the management
- To increase workshop efficiency and operations by reducing cause of vehicle Idle time
- Should be able to conduct and prepare Problem Solving analysis, root causing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve vehicle health and performance
- To manage, organize, quality control and put checks and balances to ensure all aspects of vehicle service and maintenance
- Ensure to update dossier of every Vehicle including previous jobs (workshop or out of workshop job) and records for better decision in future
- Responsible for procuring urgently required tool and spare parts to bring back vehicle on rout within as much as less time
- To manage and maintain store inventory including bulk/single inventory purchased from the market
- Ensure to perform and complete every activity through Software for record keeping purposes (including vehicle repair, maintenance, insurance claim, inventory purchase and inventory issuance etc.)
- To conduct drivers TNA base technical training to avoid vehicle breakdown
