| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- To receive information and samples for testing.
- To verify requisition in accordance with testing protocols.
- To coordinate with customers regarding testing being conducted, shortcoming in information and complaints.
- To punch test reports on web portal.
- To monitor and follow-up for the put-up of the invoices and recovery of the testing bills from customers.
- To give feedback regarding new / additional services required by the customers.
- To make sales calls to new and potential customers.
