Job Description: |
-
The role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively provide post sales support to the customers.
-
Develop Strategic Account Plans to ensure long-term, conducive relationships with our customers.
-
Provide end to end support for customer engagement from on boarding to ongoing projects.
-
Act as the single point of contact for the customer regarding any and all post sale service issues.
-
Act as a bridge between internal teams & clients for any concerns or clarifications to ensure a better service level.
-
Clarifies the customer expectations to development team so that relevant changes can be integrated in the software.

Provide support to the client for familiarization regarding usage of the software and its builtin functions.

Person should have an analytical approach.

Must be a quick decision maker and problem solution provider

Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail are must

Candidate must be results oriented and capable of managing multiple engagements concurrently.

Command over office applications especially microsoft project plan, word, excel and powerpoint.

Strong time management, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong analytical, conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
