| Job Description: |
Position Purpose:Will be responsible for assisting the respective librarian and work with the professional staff and to activate the circulation desk.
Main Responsibilities
- Circulation duty
- Shelf reading
- Registrations of patrons
- Labeling, pasting, stamping of course and books
- Newspapers cutting and maintaining the press clipping files
- Journals’ indexing
- Data Entry
- Library opening / closing
- Handle subscription / check in of journals
- Handle multimedia section
- Data Searching and downloading
- Preparing and printing barcodes
- Handling user queries in the evenings and on week ends
