| Job Description: |
- Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible.
- Re-direct calls as appropriate using PABx and take messages when required.
- Receive, direct relay fax messages.
- Assist in collecting the dispatches from departments to hand it over to the
- Courier Service and vice versa.
- Greet, assist and direct the visitors.
- Preparing and maintaining an MIS, recording the daily activities.
- Assist in administrative tasks as and when required
