The Social Media and Web Marketing Specialist will implement social media content and direction, create engaging community initiatives and take an active role in the execution of social media tactics on platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, and Linkedin. The candidate will be helping to promote company announcements using social media channels and assisting marketing in the design and development of effective ad targets and campaigns. They will support the development and on-going operations of the company's web presences.

Must Capable of SEO, having experience in developing SEO services.

Build strategy for all social media accounts

Engage customers via social media and escalate issues as needed

Create reports to ensure social efforts are resulting in Return on Investment (ROI) for the company

Create and publish content for all social platforms

Actively manage all social media accounts to ensure up to date information/news gets to customers

Develop and maintain the corporate Blue Box website

Assist with graphic design responsibilities
