Job Description:

  1. Bilytica is currently looking for an intern Business Development Executive. The individual’s primary responsibility will be to drive the pipeline for business development within a clearly specified account list. This is a pure new business role, selling into new accounts. There are no farming opportunities.
  2. Through a combination of strategic selling, analytical and relationship management skills, the individual will need to focus on securing relationships that build long-term client revenues and profitability.
  3. The remit will be to lead the entire sales cycle from marketing, campaign management and the creation of client specific value propositions through detailed account planning and finally to contract negotiation and closure. The BDE will be ultimately responsible for ensuring that targets are met and ideal clients converted.
  4. On the client side the focus will be on Board level client engagement and interaction leading multi-discipline teams and facilitating Coordinator engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research markets to identify opportunities.
  • Global sales life cycle management via country managers, Pre Sales managers, Resellers, regional partners and other stake holders.
  • Generate new sales leads via different platforms including social media, online jobs portal, recruitment agencies, public and private tenders, social networking, Outsourcing.
  • Coordination between different departments from lead generation till successful project delivery.
  • Active follow ups and sales pipeline management throughout the sales life cycle.
  • Marketing material preparation for different company products and services.
  • Marketing and sales campaigns program management.
  • Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise requirements.
  • Produce detailed proposals (e.g. time lines, staffing and budgets).
  • Communicate, maintain, and develop client relationships.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery via active follow ups, help desk, support tickets and 360 feedback
  • Provide help and advice to customers using your organization As products or services.
  • Communicate courteously with clients face to face.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients.
  • Coordinate with other managers to discuss possible improvements to client services.
  • Maintain healthy relationship with the client(s).
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annually quota of projects & revenue.
  • Other responsibilities as defined by Business Development Department.
  • Weekly reporting to management for overall progress, tasks , milestones and forecasting
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent working English skills, both in speech and in writing, able to bring forward a vision or opinion.
