Job Description:

EFS will provide one-day training to selected survey supervisors to sensitize them with survey process and objectives.

Each of the supervisors will be assigned the specific survey agency/agencies for a designated area to supervise along with reports to be submitted by these supervisors to EFS.

The survey supervisor will conduct a meeting with the assigned survey agency/agencies, their supervisors and enumerators to discuss the survey plan, activities and schedule of the survey.

He/she will attend the meetings with community partners group in the assigned UCs being surveyed along with EFS and survey agency to get the understanding of social and community dynamics before the start of survey.

He/she will visit the UCs being surveyed by the concerned survey agency/agencies on a daily basis to keep a close eye on the survey activity.

He/she will conduct announced and surprise visits to snap check the enumerators, interviewing process, verification of data filled questionnaires of visited families and taking corrective measures in case of non-compliance to SOPs.

He/she will sign off the daily data with signature which will be submitted to EFS every fourth day for random sampling, verification, and data entry.

He/she will also visit and monitor the schools being surveyed for partnership with EFS.


Required Skills:
Report writing skills

Ability to speak regional languages being spoken in the slum areas such as Pashto, Punjabi, Sindhi, Balochi etc will be preferred
