Job Description:
Assist in developing and successful delivery of Marketing & Brand Plans and Business Strategies in coordination with Senior Brand Manager and GMM. As part of the Marketing team, the Assistant Brand Manager will report to the Senior Brand Manager. This role is responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to engaging with partner agencies, development of briefs, creative campaign developments, budgeting and acquiring Consumer Insights through researches. This position will have contact points with the following groups: Cross Functional Colleagues, Key Stakeholders, Operations Teams, Merchant Team, Finance, Market Research, Legal, Tracking, Creative and Media Agencies to achieve overall Corporate & Business Objectives.
Qualifications

MBA with majors in Marketing preferably from LUMS, IBA

Basic understanding of a P&L statement and managing a budget

Support delivery of Annual Business and Brand Marketing Plan

Assisted in translating product/brand strategies and positioning into executable field programs

Developed and implement Regional /Territorial Promotional plans

Assertive, good analytical skills and comfortable with data mining

Flexible must possess good Communication skills, go getter and good Team player
Travel required approximately 20% - 30% of the time
Work Experience: 2-4 years Brand Management experience in tier one FMCG/ Consumer Goods or Retail sector experience |
