| Job Description: |
Major responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules of Senior Management and HR & GA Dept.
- To pay close attention to useful business information for the bank and report it to Senior Management and Marketing Department.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Meet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees.
- Coordinate for Diaries /Seasons Greeting cards.
- Facilitate International and domestic travel of staff, which includes travel requisitions, visa letters,, coordination with the Travel agent and submission of travel claims.
- Logistic arrangement for daily meetings e.g conf. room booking, tea arrangements etc.
- Facilitate Global team / foreign visitors by sending invitation letters, arranging accommodation and other logistics during their entire visit.
- Assisting HR & General Affairs in different activities.
- Other assigned duties as required from time to time.
Job Specification:
- Well Educated person with good interpersonal skills, extroverted, confident, presentable, fluent in English language, knowledge of Chinese language preferred.
- Must have Banking and Business knowledge and curious to learn new things with positive attitude towards life.
