• Previous experience in dispatching
• Must have good verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Flatbed, Dry Van, Flatebed, Box Truck e.t.c and specialized freight
• Must be able to interact effectively within all levels of the Customer`s
• Ability to work under US Hours
• Fluent in Spoken and Written English
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Understand load boards

Responsibilities:

• Communicates with drivers and customers through computers or phones, and assigns carriers to routes
• Ensures drivers are on time and keeps track of status of route and delivery completion
• Acts as liaison and answers incoming phone calls from drivers on the road
• Keeps customers informed of delivery status
• Reviews pictures of merchandise and signatures
• You will be responsible for driving the sales process with potential prospects
• Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails
• Achieve all individuals activity and revenue targets set by the company
• Provide recommendations based on the prospect`s business needs and negotiate contract terms
• Set up meetings/calls between prospective clients and account executives
• Work across multiple departments to ensure common objectives are reached
• Reschedule/Follow up with prospects if meetings
