We are looking for an in-house Accountant who would manage your business and do everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to creating annual budgets and reports.

The positions required are:

• Establishment of sales invoices for our customers
• Preparation of daily sales journals
• Sales follow-up
• Perform daily bank reconciliations
• Communicate with our suppliers to keep track of invoices to be paid
• Communicate with our customers to keep our customer accounts up to date
• Prepare monthly cash statements to inform management of the amount of cash needed to meet current business obligations
• Prepare monthly budgets to set objectives and analyze variances to assess why these objectives are not achieved
• Coordinate with our external accountants by submitting our logs to them, assisting them in preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns and annual financial statements
