We are looking for a Supply Chain Officer who will support the company in managing its logistics and supply chain operations at the Amazon marketplace to improve business performance. The individual will work collaboratively to build and maintain a strong relationship with the team members.

Job Description:

• Manage a company’s sourcing capabilities and supply chain. They are responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals and reduce procurement expenses.


• Can finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.


• Can identify selects and develops suppliers, negotiates and contract within managed portfolio and supply based.


• Can collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.


• Can Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.


•  Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy and suggest solutions for process improvements.


• Can search, Build and maintain good relationships with trusted Suppliers for product sourcing further will place orders after approval.


• Can review material requisition form prepared by the sales team and after checking will prepare Purchase order based on it.


• Can Search for new best agents to facilitate shipments of goods.


•  Can work with freight forwards and transportation/shipping companies to set the best route and rate (reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements).


• Can assist in the movement of shipment from the supplier to the agent.


• Can resolve  the issues that come up (e.g. Delays in delivery, accidents).


• Can Process purchase orders to acquire goods.


• Can perform quality assurance checks for ready-to-ship inventory (Amazon FBA Compliance).


• Can maintain accurate and current records of supplier dispatches.


• Can effectively manage to restock limits and storage limits.
