Job Description:

 Coordinate with  UK based Clients via Chat, Email, and Call and convert them into a customer by using your sales practices/experience and then look after the needful customer support.

  •  Responsible for taking or canceling orders and obtaining details of customer complaints.
  •  Keep records of interactions and transactions of the customer; keeping a record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments.
  • Ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly.
  •  Process orders, applications, and Forms.
  •  Follow up with customers and their complaints.

Candidate Profile:

Career Level: Fresh/Experienced Professional

Minimum Education: O & A level (Preferred)/ Graduate

Minimum Experience: Minimum 6 months - 04 Years (Relevant Experience)

Language Proficiency: Fluent English Speaker
