Job Description:

The Head of Partnerships at Ozoned Digital is responsible for managing and growing relationships with in-country stakeholders and for the company's revenue growth. For the role, we require professionalism, excellent relationship management, business development experience in the digital financial services space. 


Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute business strategy including go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and business growth for Ozoned Digital and its affiliate companies. 

  • Drive and lead business development and sales efforts by developing new commercial partnerships for all Ozoned Digital products and services. 

  • Be responsible for the revenue growth of the existing products being sold in Pakistan. 

  • Manage and Build partnerships with financial and non-financial institutions (e.g. banking partnerships, payment gateways, payment service providers, merchant networks, and others). 

  • Ensure compliance with reference to all regulatory bodies( like SECP). 

  • Meeting with key stakeholders and the day-to-day account management. 

  • Weekly and Monthly reporting to key stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate closely with Ozoned Digital and its affiliate companies' Product and Development teams.

  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities. 

  • Ability to move fast, pivot, and adapt to the external environment.

  • Creates and supports a diverse and inclusive work environment. 


Qualifications



  • 2+years of experience as a Partnerships Manager, B2B Business Development, and Sales Manager. 

  • Previous working experience in a fast-moving environment, start-ups. 

  • Great track record including: business development, sales strategy, stakeholder management, account management.

  • Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, sponsors, team members, partners, and peers. 

  • Previous FinTech/ financial services and working experience. 

  • A solid understanding of the Gig Economy, Banking, and Mobile Network Digital payment ecosystem in Pakistan.

  • Good Knowledge of digital financial services and digital products. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Urdu.
