Job summary

As a Business Automation Executive, you will be responsible for finding areas of improvement that can be optimized on their potential by automation and provide end to end solutions with effective implementation for the company.

Job Description:

• Completely understand manual process of relevant department and make system automation plan
• Explore and finalize automated options available in market which can replace manual process
• Develop and use APIs to engineer manual processes into automated processes in case solutions are not available in market
• Provide automated solutions to users and improve them on user's feedback
• Provide new solutions to cater for user's existing challenges
• Provide new solutions/processes through market research which can help increase the efficiency of departments

Required Skills:

• Must be a team player and must have good communication skills
• Creative and eager of finding new ways of doing things
• Can be able to work in highly collaborative environment

Qualification & Experience:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with technical expertise.
• Related experience of at least 2 years required
