Frank Kori are a UK based Recruitment Agency who are now looking to expand to Lahore. Frank Kori have been growing year on year for the past 3 years and now want to hire talented individuals for their Lahore Branch.

About the Role

As a recruitment resoucer you play a key part in the work flow of Frank Kori. The role would be to source candidates for jobs that are provided by UK based Account Managers/Sales staff. You would need to go through a database of candidates to find the relevant CVs to then vet and figure out if they're applicable or not.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create and maintain employee personnel files
• Create and maintain up-to-date employee benefit information
• Source relevant candidates for roles provided.
• Be responsible for recruitment activities, including placing adverts, shortlisting and attending interviews 
• Process all administration in relation to the annual pay review
• Be the first point of contact for HR queries
• Deal with administrative tasks

• Professional and confidential, able to deal sensitively and diplomatically with all types of situations, at all levels
• Strong MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills are essential
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and written
• Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multitask

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience working as part of a team within an HR department (with proven experience)

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field

• Technical Recruitment knowledge is a PLUS! 

Location & Hours

• Location: Lahore DHA

• Office hours: 9:15AM to 6:15PM, 5 days a week.
