We are looking for Scrum Master with at least 2+ years of experience in scrum master role. Position responsibilities and requirements are as follows.

Responsibility:

• Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint Planning, sprint Reviews, and Retrospective meetings
• Work with product owners / managers to ensure that features and user stories are prioritized and understood by everyone on the Agile team
• Helps project manager to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint. Work with project manager to handle backlogs and new requests
• Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity
• Responsible for managing risks, impediments, conflicts and dependencies within the Agile team
• Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
• Manage project’s scope and timeline
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role
• Experience delivering large technical projects in an agile environment
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, test driven development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, etc.
• Agile transformation experience desired
• Ability to quickly build and maintain excellent relationships
• Scrum master certification is a plus
