We are seeking a highly-skilled CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for a Real Estate Marketplace Start-Up with a storied history in the technological sector.

• The CTO must have an Advanced technological skill set and vast experience in Web + App Development, AI, AR, Machine Learning Sector.
• MERN Stack Developer will be preferred with Node.js, Next.js, React.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and JSON Skills.
• The CTO might have to do everything from hop into the code to set the technical direction for our product development.
• Create and execute a strategic plan; identify the exact resources necessary to put the plan into action; and oversee the entire process from start to finish.
• You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development
• You will work directly under the CEO and act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions according to the company's Vision that will impact the current and future operations of the company.
