Sales executives are required to
- Participate in training conducted by Pak Suzuki Motor Company
- Manage customer inquiries
- Operate CRM system for efficient customer relationship operations
- Organize in-house and outdoor events for marketing and promotion
- Sell new Suzuki vehicles, certified used Suzuki vehicles, Spare-parts & accessories, Insurance, bank leasing/financing
- Sell allied services such as Extended Warranty and ceramic coating packages
- Build a relationship with the customer and retain the customer at the dealership for after-sales services.
- Achieve the given sales targets of Suzuki products and services.
- Adhere to dealership work ethic and culture
