• Operations Department.

Responsibilities & Authorities

General

• Prepare weekly presentation for RAS Executives.
• Prepare Flight Report, receive from all 6th Stations.
• Other routine work directly assign from OPS Manager.
• Letter drafting if any requirement.
• Track Record of all international correspondence coming from CEO & ED OPS

Professional

• Keep record and maintain all Operations Files including SGHA Files.
• Coordinate with all Stations FOO’s for smooth Flight activity.
• Report Generation of Client Airline when year is completed.
• Manage FIMS “Flight Information Management System”
• Coordinate all Operations Department for smooth data entry in FIMS.
• Managing Flight Schedule. 
• Data Analysis HO, FO, Equipment, Cargo and attempt on traffic.
• Power Point familiarization and MS Excel Training. 
• Drawing Templates.
• Stations Access and Liaison. 
• IPOS entry and follow up of approval.

Qualification & Experience

Essential

• Graduate with at least 5 five years’ experience in a large sized Organization
• Computer literate especially Microsoft Excel 

Desirable

• Above-average communication skills (written and verbal) and working knowledge of MS Office.

Competence Needs

• To be able to effectively control of all Operations Matters.
• Any assignment given by Manager Operations.
