| Job Description: |
Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor (or Shift In-Charge), the Team Lead will be responsible to lead his team of assigned workforce in executing his assigned task, which may consist of one or more of the following.
- Unloading of shipment.
- Ensuring correct quantity and quality of inbound shipment, including scanning
- Intimation of any damage or shortage in inbound
- Timely recording of inbound items in the WMS.
- Stacking of shipment in the warehouse as per the SOPs.
- Replenishment of loose items in shelves by opening and unpacking packed cartons.
- Picking items from storage area as per orders.
- Timely recording of outbound shipment in WMS.
- Scanning and counting of outbound items as per order
- Ensuring only correct items are included in outbound shipment.
- Safe and timely loading of shipment on to delivery vehicles.

The Team Lead must ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner and within the desired performance targets (KPIs).
Qualification & Experience
- Graduation
- Sound background in warehousing, with knowledge of operations and inventory.
- 2-3 years of experience.
Skills & Capabilities:
- Effective oral communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Displays perseverance and balanced temperament under pressure.
