Job Description:

Responsible for keeping a close eye on project deliverables. Ensuring that each milestones is achieved within due course of time without compromising quality of work. Management of technical team and keeping close eye on staff KPI's.Analyzing system requirements and prioritizing tasks. Develop technical specifications, architecture, testable code. Upgrade existing system/application. Deploy fully functional applications. Document development and operational procedures. Minimum 5 years of overall working experience in the field of IT. Strong Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Experience with VSTS and TFS.Strong Experience of Mobile Applications testing (Android, iOS). Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, including scrum. Experience implementing accessibility standards. Experience developing responsively designed websites using media queries. Experience with a variety of Client framework like Knockouts and Angular JS, Embers, NodeJS.Understand browser specific compatibility issues. Strong Analytical skills to understand business requirements and it's mapping in developed system.SQL query writing experience. Understand browser-specific compatibility issues. Strong collaboration and positive influence skills. Experience of managing QA documentation (SRS, FS, User Manual, Test Cases) Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric software, with focus on usability. Experience of managing team, task assignment, monitoring, training of new resources about business domain. Performance Testing (Load/Stress) experience will be a plus Ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities shift to respond to changing business needs. Self-motivated, having a passion for learning, Well organized (thorough/detailed oriented). Experience of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 will be a plus.
