Job Description:

The Program Manager will look after, improve, and standardize the operational systems, processes, and policies across all EFOAS. Manage internal correspondence across multiple wings within the organization. Formulate operational plans and ensure smooth execution of the plan. Oversee operational planning. Manage staff, preparing work Schedules, and assigning specific duties. Review performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement
