Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations. Responsible for overseeing and leading e-khidmat center team. Lead employees to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning.

Master Trainers will be designated to Train the Trainers for all the 36 districts. To participate in the hiring of the respective domains of trainers with HR. Conduct Train the Trainer Session and Communication Skills to the newly hired trainers. Participating in the hiring of trainers of different domains along with HR Department. Design and timely update Course Curriculum as per program requirements. Update Course Curriculum according to feedback from trainers and management. Participate in Monthly Evaluation sessions for all centers. Video Evaluations of trainers as per requirements of the program. Lead the NFTP centers activities and monitor performance of trainers. Conduct awareness sessions in districts of Punjab. Conduct course update training sessions as per requirements. Timely attend meetings with management. Evaluating performance of the trainers. Work on enhancing trainers performance. Work on freelancing partnership to develop echo system. Work on community management. Available for daily office work.
