| Job Description: |
Development, implementation and maintenance of software applications, web portal, database etc. Deployed within planning commission. Study the presence of business processes and carry out re-engineering for improvement in efficiency and transparency and to avoid duplications. Monitor the development and testing the software. Coordinate and supervise the vendor during deployment of the application. Carry out all modifications, improvements, etc. in the application after taking over the application from the vendor and/or enter in to some part of the application, maintenance agreement. Implementation of policies for performance tuning of application. Supervise the work of web developers by reviewing code suggesting improvements, eliminations of security and performance issues. Any other duties assigned by Project Director and member S&T/IT.
