Job Description:

To provide expert advice on the design, structure, and efficiency of ICT Systems within the organization and different projects. To provide need assessment and advice on the development of information system solutions. To provide recommendations on strategy, implementation, and organization. To guide MoPDR and Planning Commission in the use of emerging technologies. Attend meetings with senior management, Project Director and Member S&T/ICT. Ability to identify business processes, complex data and computer systems/solutions, technology, and organizational requirements. A creative approach to problem-solving. Teamwork and leadership skills. Ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to the management as well as the development team.
