| Job Description: |
To attend orientation and 'Train the trainer' session conducted by Master Trainers and HR for training in centers. Prepare course outlines as per course curriculum provided. Conduct daily classes as per the schedule for respective domains (Technical, Non-Technical Creative Design). Make sure to have retention of class by engaging students with course content and knowledge. Guiding students freelancing basics and proposal writing skills. Creating online profiles of all students on freelancing portals. Teaching different tools as per student domains. Conducting class activities as per designed course. Taking class quizzes and assignments. Take makeup classes as per requirements. Submitting a final report of success stories of students to the line manager at the end of each cycle/batch. Give awareness sessions as per requirements from management. Visit the head office for monthly evaluations and training. Updating Master trainers for new tools for course curriculum. Give awareness sessions as per requirements from management during applications online. Conducting events and sessions which are helpful for new generating new applications. Can move to other districts as per operational requirement. Other tasks as per management.
