- Manage the flow of conversions to CRM in order to ensure that the sales teams are producing leads.
- Manage and optimize within campaigns to ensure KPI deliveries.
- Assist in managing CRM efforts focused on digital acquisition and customer retention.
- Research and analyze weekly data need to create keyword/negative expansions for multiple PPC accounts.
- Perform competitive analyses and track online sentiment to identify trends, discussion themes, and strategic opportunities.
- Analyze website traffic activity base on results from Google analytics in order to identify peak consumer interests.
