Job Description:

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for maintaining product data and provide customer service.

  • Manage product listing and update data as and when required for new products and existing ones.
  • Manage customer order confirmations and communicate with warehousing operations accordingly.
  • Provide customer service on phone, chat, whats-app and social platforms.
  • Provide product related advise to the customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve and customer concerns.
  • Enter sales entries in the system.
