| Job Description: |
- Work closely with the Operations Management Consultant from the US
- Serve as the liaison between the US and base camp departments
- Take individual lead on special projects and deliver results on-time
- Make important planning and strategy decisions.
- Oversee large projects by communicating expectations to multi departments or individuals and develop detailed plans to monitor and track progress to ensure timely completion
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls with relevant departments or individuals to discuss current projects, new projects or organization initiatives
- Report and escalate concerns or issues to management as needed
- Develop documents, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Perform analytics and audits on current informational data and make adjustments to increase efficiency
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization
