| Job Description: |
This is a Work form home Role. Candidate will be required to maintain a continued internet line, laptop and a phone line to work effectively.
Candidate will be working in US Eastern Time zone hours from 7 pm PST- 1 am PST.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process including job marketing, sourcing and screening, interviewing and negotiating with candidates
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Recruitment particularly for the US IT market
- In depth knowledge with US contracting methods (W2, 1099 and Corp-to-Corp)
- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, CB etc.)
- Any additional task can be assigned or rearranged.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements on Monster and Indeed.Com
