| Job Description: |
- Prepare Recruitment Process flowcharts portraying steps to be followed while going through the recruitment process
- Receive and process employment requisitions to initiate the recruitment process
- Draft Job Descriptions of all the vacant positions in consultation with the respective line managers
- Advertise vacancies if required and create a pool of suitable candidates using various platforms i.e. Rozee.pk, LinkedIn, Alumni Profiles etc
- Contact different universities to obtain alumni profiles for different years
- Shortlist suitable candidates and conduct HR interviews to evaluate and sort right candidate
