| Job Description: |
- Work with partners from across the real estate group to identify issues and opportunities for us to develop new business or cross-sell.
- Responsibility for real estate-led pitching, including ensuring a “best practice” approach, management and production of individual pitches/capability statements and coaching on pitch presentations.
- Development of strong, clear content for marketing literature and other collateral, as required.
- Support Firm-wide and Real Estate PR initiatives.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Advise real estate clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases. Prepare sales or other contracts.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals. Advise real estate clients.
