Job Title:
SQL Server DBA ~ [2 weeks contractual position – subject to extension]

Skill-set / Technology stack:
Mandatory skills:
- Hands on experience in SQL server performance tuning
- Experience in replication/mirroring/availability groups is a must
- Experience in query optimization is a must
- Must have experience of data archiving, fail-over, disaster recovery etc.
- Solid understanding of storage technologies, memory management, networking etc.
- Deep understanding of DB scalability and handling large volumes of data
- Approximately 10 hours a week will be needed
Desired (optional) skills:
- Experience of Amazon AWS is a plus
