Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all communication activities including visibility and internal & external communications under guidelines of HOD.
• Developing & implementing effective media & communication strategies and campaigns under supervision of HOD.
• To build and maintain relationships (media outreach plan) with relevant media stakeholders (journalists, reporters, etc.) to ensure wide coverage of activities and to increase organizational media profile.
• Developing media announcements, press releases, social media briefs, newsletter, special reports (testimonials, milestones) and related communication and promotional materials to impact project activities on target audience.
• Monitoring of media platforms along with maintaining & updating media and communication archives, i.e., press clippings, AV content, publication material, etc.
• Working with communities, partners, and other stakeholders to address communication needs and prospecting for partnerships and collaborations.
• Working with departmental teams to arrange and manage events and seminars to engage target audience and stakeholders

General Requirements:

• Experience working in communications and public relations (with print & electronic media)
• Excellent verbal & written, analytical, creative writing, presentation, public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their functionality.
