Working Hours – 07:00 PM to 03:00 AM.

Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- Previous experience of a similar job dealing with any international market would be a plus
- Tolerant with customers and good in telephonic manners
- Typing and data entry skills in excess of 20 words per minute
- Primary knowledge of using computers and internet research is mandatory. Spelling, accuracy and attention to detail, Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Punctuality and Being on time is requisite
- Generate slaes leads
- Manage large incoming calls
