Job Descriptions
- Effective Execution, documentation and verification of sanitation on plants
- Implementation & documentation of GMPs, Personal Hygiene and FSMS
- To ensure effective & efficient startup at production line
- To ensure & monitoring cleaning of production lines
- Maintenance of Bottle Inspection system FMRM (empty light. Final light, duty monitoring) & record keeping.
- QCI’s monitoring & verification of PET Bottle testing
- Shift wise testing of materials and finished syrup .
- Monitoring of chemical preparation and injection monitoring of water processing unit.
- To collect reference samples (3 bottles per batch/Tank & placed in LAB
- Sharing production lines machine & material quality issues with HOD
- Assist the management team with the development and maintenance of the quality systems
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of processes to achieve business objectives
- Maintain quality objectives, train and designate personnel to conduct audits in order to eliminate product out of specification, by stopping the production process or removing product for rework as required
- Coordinate the resolution of all facility quality issues by facilitating with internal departments to implement procedure changes, based on predetermined specifications, involving raw materials/finished goods to remedy the cause of any non-compliance as quickly as possible
- Respond to customer and consumer related complaints, inquiries and audits in a support role.
- Manage disposition of products
